Recent Aston Hotel Dumfries Review: "The hotel is in a lovely setting in the University grounds with plenty of nice walks. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in the new part of the hotel and are very comfortable. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and there was plenty of selection in the breakfast buffet. Lovely porridge! A very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel  if you wanted to sit and chill out with a coffee or a drink."
